Shipping information:

• Free shipping : We offer free shipping within Germany and the EU.
• Delivery time :
  • Germany: 2-3 working days.
  • EU: 3-7 working days.
  • International: 7–14 working days (flat rate of €25).
• Shipping service provider : We only ship insured and safely packaged in a box with DHL.

Right of return:

• 30 Day Return Policy : You have a 30-day return policy if you are not satisfied with your purchase.
• Return costs :
  • Returns from Germany and the EU are free of charge.
  • For international returns, the buyer bears the costs.

Return process:

1. Contact : Contact us via email at crew @pirave .com to request a return.
2. Packaging : Pack the product securely and send it to our return address:

3. Refund : After receiving and inspecting the goods, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days.

• Personalized items (e.g. engraved jewelry) are excluded from the right of return.
• Products must be unused and in perfect condition to be returned.

• For international orders (outside Germany and the EU) we charge a flat shipping fee of 25 € .
• Additional customs or import fees are to be borne by the buyer.
