I. General Terms and Conditions
§ 1 Basic Provisions
(1) The following terms and conditions apply to all contracts concluded between you as the customer and us as the provider (Pirave - Timo Wego) via our online shop. Deviating terms and conditions of the customer will not be recognized unless we expressly agree to their validity.
(2) A consumer within the meaning of these terms and conditions is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to their commercial nor to their independent professional activity. An entrepreneur is any natural or legal person or partnership with legal capacity who, when concluding a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of their independent professional or commercial activity.
§ 2 Conclusion of Contract
(1) The subject of the contract is the sale of goods.
(2) By placing a product in our online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract under the specified conditions.
(3) The contract is concluded via the online shopping cart system as follows:
- Place the desired items in your shopping cart.
- Open the shopping cart and go to "Checkout".
- Enter the required personal information as well as payment and shipping information.
- Before submitting your order, all order details will be displayed in an order overview.
- By submitting the order via the "Buy" button, you declare your legally binding acceptance of the offer. The contract is then concluded.
(4) After conclusion of the purchase contract, you will receive a confirmation by email with the contract details.
§ 3 Prices and payment conditions
(1) The prices indicated are final prices and do not include VAT according to Section 19 UStG (small business regulation).
(2) Additional shipping costs will be displayed during the ordering process and are to be borne by the customer, unless free shipping has been agreed.
(3) Payment is made using the payment methods offered in the online shop (e.g. PayPal, credit card).
§ 4 Delivery Conditions
(1) Delivery times are specified in the respective product description.
(2) Delivery will only be made to addresses within Germany, unless delivery abroad has been expressly agreed.
(3) If you are a consumer, the risk of accidental loss or deterioration of the goods shall only pass to you upon delivery of the goods.
§ 5 Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.
§ 6 Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a legal right of cancellation. You can find details in the cancellation policy .
§ 7 Liability for Defects
(1) The statutory liability for defects applies.
(2) Customers are requested to report any obvious defects in the delivered goods to us as soon as possible. This will enable us to process the matter quickly and will not affect any statutory warranty rights.
§ 8 Individually designed goods
(1) Personalized items (e.g. engravings) are excluded from the right of withdrawal because they are made according to customer specifications.
(2) You ensure that the content you submit (e.g. texts, designs) does not infringe the rights of third parties.
§ 9 Choice of law and dispute settlement
(1) German law applies.
